Live Animals

Due to the nature of livestock, live animals cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases where:

• Wrong animal delivered
• Animal significantly differs from the agreed description
• Valid claim approved after verification

Feed & Accessories

Returns are accepted within 7 days if:

• Product is unused
• Original packaging is intact
• Manufacturing defect exists
• Wrong item received

Veterinary Medicines

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong medicine delivered
• Damaged package received
• Expired product delivered

Opened medicines cannot be returned.

Plants

Plants are living products.

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong variety supplied
• Product damaged during transportation

Refund Process

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

• Healthy livestock after successful delivery
• Used accessories
• Opened feed bags
• Opened medicines
• Customized orders

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Livestock bookings may require seller approval before cancellation.
